Position: Full-Time Maintenance Officer

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and capable Maintenance Officer to join our team and support our Bundaberg Aged Care facility.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Competence in performing various maintenance tasks, from basic repairs to complex projects.
• Previous hands-on experience in handyman, commercial maintenance, building, or construction industries.
• Skills in carpentry, tiling, painting, plastering, labouring, property maintenance, or handyman tasks.
• Experience in facility maintenance.
• Possession of a White Card is advantageous.
• Successful completion of a Police Check is required.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to respectfully interact with residents, families, colleagues, and contractors.
