About the Role:
Elderly Care Limited is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality, person-centred care to our aged care residents. This role is available at both Point Vernon (Hervey Bay) . You will be responsible for clinical assessments, care planning, medication administration, and supporting a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing care in accordance with AHPRA standards
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Maintain accurate clinical records
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals
  • Mentor and support care staff

Selection Criteria:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 2 years full-time nursing experience (preferably in Aged Care)
  • Commitment to person-centred care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work full-time (38 hours/week)
