We are currently seeking experienced and capable Housekeeping Team members to join our care team in a Part-Time capacity (60 hours per fortnight).  Join our dedicated aged care residence team as a vital member responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. In this role, you will handle cleaning and waste management tasks while following strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff. You’ll collaborate with colleagues, adapt to dynamic situations, and provide exceptional service with a positive approach. Your commitment to high standards and respectful interactions will make a meaningful difference in our community

Skills and attributes include but not limited to: 

• Competent in the use of cleaning equipment and correct chemicals by manufacturers’ instructions and procedures
• Housekeeping experience in an Aged Care or Hospital setting is advantageous.
• Ability to understand and apply Work Health Safety standards to internal work processes.
• A good level of communication skills, both verbal and written
• A good level of empathy and emotional intelligence to ensure Residents’ needs are understood and supported.
• A good understanding of team coordination.
