Housekeeping Team member and Leader – 2 Roles

To Continue to offer high standards of service and care, we are currently seeking two housekeeping teammates someone who are experienced and capable as below:

• Housekeeping Team member – 42 hrs per fortnight
• Housekeeping Team Leader – 75 hrs per fortnight 

To join our care team at our Cypress facility.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate commitment to a high standard of work, whilst ensuring consideration is always made to our Residents.

Other required skills and attributes include:

• Competent in the use of cleaning equipment and correct chemicals by manufacturers’ instructions and procedures
• Housekeeping experience in an Aged Care or Hospital setting is advantageous.
• Ability to understand and apply Work Health Safety standards to internal work processes.
• A good level of communication skills, both verbal and written
• A good level of empathy and emotional intelligence to ensure Residents’ needs are understood and supported.
• A good understanding of team coordination.
